Our yearly support of the school carnival has come and gone and I'm happy to report it was a success.
A success would be defined as: returning with the same number of children that we arrived with, handfuls of useless garbage won at a number of booths, no screaming or meltdowns from any little mouths, consuming at least one bag of cotton candy with handfuls of sticky fingers and one bag of kettle corn. With those measures of success I can say we came and conquered!
We had a fun night and enjoyed getting to know Hallie's school and other families a little bit better.
Until next year...
