Hallie takes it upon herself to teach Hunter everything she knows, this works to our advantage sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't! The other day I heard her talking to him at the piano.
"This is where your hands go and then it goes like this." Hunter who was carefully trying to mimic his big sister ended up just plunking whatever notes he felt like. I could see Hallie's frustration surface as she knew he wasn't trying very hard but yet she kept teaching and her words of encouragement were real and believable.
They sat there for almost 15 minutes (without fighting) before we had to get in the car; two little buddies hanging out at the piano. It was lovely.
