Mixed-up seasons...

Arizona seems to have it seasons all mixed up. Most people enjoy leaf raking in October with crisp weather and porches lined with pumpkins. We enjoy our leaves next to a crystal clear pool with oranges dropping to the ground and the smell of orange blossoms lingering in the air. But we enjoy them still in the same. Rake up a pile. Jump in the pile and throw leaves in the air. Repeat. It never gets old. 20130309-DSC_8490 photo 20130309-DSC_8490.jpg 20130309-DSC_8479 photo 20130309-DSC_8479.jpg 20130309-DSC_8469 photo 20130309-DSC_8469.jpg 20130309-DSC_8542 photo 20130309-DSC_8542.jpg Steve also used the kids as human leaf compactors - you would've thought they were on the coolest ride at Disneyland. They couldn't get enough. 20130309-DSC_8501 photo 20130309-DSC_8501.jpg 20130309-DSC_8518 photo 20130309-DSC_8518.jpg 20130309-DSC_8504 photo 20130309-DSC_8504.jpg 20130309-DSC_8550 photo 20130309-DSC_8550.jpg The clean up of leaves is evidence that our roasty-toasty summer is just around the corner. Did I mention it will be in the 90's two days this week? Oh yes, spring is fleeing.
