The local high school has to win a record for the shortest homecoming parade with the most candy ever thrown. I'm not complaining it was short and my kids aren't complaining that they came home with gobs of candy. And although Bennett didn't collect a single piece of candy on his own, I think he ended up with more than everyone else. He's got a lot of cousins and siblings looking out for his well being.
What's more fun is a slew of cousins to enjoy it with. I love things like this - it makes me feel like I'm living a small town life amongst a rather large city!
